The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Cincinnati Reds 6-2 Tuesday night in the National League Wild Card game. It’s the Pirates first playoff victory since Game 6 of the 1992 NLCS, which featured a Barry Bonds home run.
A victory like Tuesday night’s deserves a fist pump … or whatever this Pirates fan did to celebrate after Jason Grilli got Zack Cozart to ground out for the final out in the ninth.
The hashtag #Buctober was invented to immortalized moments like this.
