Tom Brady limped off and was grabbing his ankle after getting hit low on third down by Ndamukong Suh. At press time, there are no indications that this was serious, but to say this was a scary moment for the Patriots and their fans would be a profound understatement.

New England tackle Marcus Cannon was flagged for illegal hands to the face on the play; Suh was not penalized.

UPDATE: Brady returned to the game on the next series; as this play happened on third down, he did not wind up missing a play. It will be worth monitoring how he moves on the tweaked ankle.
