UCLA Coaches Also Use Photoshop To Lure Recruits
By Ty Duffy
Florida football assistants started the photoshop trend. Now, it appears to have caught on at UCLA. Bruins coaches went the less garish route, personalizing a couple shots for four-star quarterback Kyle Allen showing him what it would be like to win the Heisman trophy while “slingin the rock in the ROSE BOWL” and to be referred to as “Big Dog” with multiple exclamation points. The shot of him hanging out with the Cheerleaders is a closer just before signing day.
Rumors a similar tactic formed the crux of Dan Guerrero’s pitches to Chris Petersen, Brad Stevens and Shaka Smart are unconfirmed.
