This is not a picture of a child wearing a NFL outfit. It is Wes Welker getting ready for the playoff showdown with San Diego. Welker missed the final three games of the season with multiple concussions, and has a specially designed helmet to provide extra protection. It looks like an orange on a toothpick. It should bring back flashbacks to Mark Kelso, for all the Buffalo fans out there.
