Bill Conlin: Three of His Alleged Victims Have Retained a Lawyer and Two More Alleged Victims Has Come Forward

Bill Conlin, the longtime Philadelphia Daily News columnist who was accused this week of sexual abuse against four people over 40 years ago, is facing more allegations.

An unnamed woman told the Philadelphia Inquirer she too, was abused by Conlin when she was about seven years old. She told the paper she was a friend of Conlin’s son. Another woman told the Philadelphia Daily News, she too was abused Conlin. It is unclear if either of them will join the trio of alleged victims who have lawyered up.

Two good reads about Bill Conlin this morning, assuming you already read his gripping email exchange with AJ Daulerio: Bob Ford’s measured take and Philadelphia’s own, Buzz Bissinger, bubbling with rage.
