Buffalo's Onside Kick Attempt Didn't Go Well

Trailing San Diego State 42-17 in the fourth quarter of yesterday’s Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, Buffalo dialed up an onside kick. It was not successful. Bulls punter Tyler Grassman’s attempt did not travel the required 10 yards. It may not have traveled 10 inches. Probably had something to do with the blue turf.
