Alex Smith Shovel Pass Touchdown Throw Puts the Chiefs Up 24-7 in Indy
Alex Smith is 8-14 with 181 yards early in the 2nd quarter of the first AFC Wild Card Game. The Chiefs have scored touchdowns on three of four drives while the Colts have let Trent Richardson touch the football once. (Spoiler alert: He had his longest run of the season and then fumbled.) To put a cherry on the Richardson fumble, Alex Smith threw a shovel pass touchdown to fullback Anthony Sherman. It might be early, but it appears that Alex Smith is just havin’ fun out there.
