Tekele Cotton of Wichita State Detonated on This Illinois State Defender

Tekele Cotton, a 6-foot 2-inch junior guard, dunked on Illinois State 6-foot-9 junior forward John Jones during Wichita State’s 70-55 win over the Redbirds. Cotton just kept going up. Even after he took the contact from the defender. He nearly hit his head on the backboard. And everybody understandably went nuts.

Blake Griffin, take notes. This is how you properly and definitively dunk on some dude.

The call was pretty good too. And by complete accident, we learned that the call of Cotton’s dunk mashes up perfectly with the footage of the female Minnesota fans taking stupid selfies.
