Conan O’Brien hosted author Michael Lewis on his “Serious Jibber Jabber” segment. They talk a little bit about Lewis’s sports books Moneyball and The Blind Side, but the first half-hour is devoted to the immorality and mismatched incentives Lewis has discovered on Wall Street, and talk eventually shifts to what values can propel thinkers and entrepreneurs to disrupt and innovate their fields. The entire conversation is really compelling if you’re able to carve out the time.
