Mark Schlereth Brought to Tears Talking About Ray Rice, Domestic Abuse and Family

Mark Schlereth had tears in his eyes while discussing the Ray Rice incident on SportsCenter on Tuesday. On a day when you’re not going to get on television unless you’re talking about Ray Rice and Janay Rice and domestic violence, Schlereth, a father of two daughters and a son, tried to imagine what it would be like if his family was part of something like this. Specifically, his son, and how he can understand how teammates would still love the man, even when he had done something so wrong.
