It’s been a tumultuous offseason for NBA injuries. In August, Paul George went down with a gruesome broken leg during a Team USA scrimmage; over the weekend, Bradley Beal fractured his wrist and is expected to miss 6-8 weeks, and Kevin Durant is also expected to miss about that amount of time with a fractured foot.

Obviously, Paul George’s injury was the most disastrous to his team; WestGate Las Vegas SuperBook oddsmaker Jeff Sherman tells TBL that the Pacers’ odds immediately went from 15/1 to 60/1. (The book had not yet set an over/under for Indiana before their point guard got hurt.)

There were not major shifts for the Wizards and Thunder — Oklahoma City’s over/under went from 58 to 54.5 and their title odds shifted from 4/1 to 9/2 while Washington’s wins total went from 49.5 to 48 and their championship odds went unchanged.
