The Sacramento Kings Take the NBA's Ugly Christmas Sweaters to the Next Level
By Jason Lisk
I have found what I need for Christmas. On Sunday, Ryan Glasspiegel took time out from visiting Justin Bieber’s fan page to bring you the NBA ugly Christmas sweaters. The players on the Sacramento Kings got into the act and took it up a few notches by posing in their sweaters in all sorts of funny ways. I wasn’t sure if I needed this until I saw “Boogie” posing with the IDGAF grey sweatpants. Then I thought, “I can totally pull that look off.” Add in that this brings back childhood memories of the Kings posters on my wall–along with the Kansas City Scouts sticker on the back of my door (sobs), and well, this is magic.
Then you add in Rudy Gay posing in front of a reindeer and a polar bear wearing a crown.
And Nik Stauskas in front of some adorable kittens . . .
Jason Thompson may be the star of the production with his facial expressions, though. This is how you do the internet if you are a team site or an athlete on social media. And I’m not kidding about his on my Christmas list.
