This Bulls fan was spotted on camera during the Bulls vs. Nuggets game taking a hit of something. Not clear what substance, but it appeared to be enjoyable. Marijuana is legal in Colorado, though not permitted on Pepsi Center property. Vaping is limited to assigned areas.
