Jimmy Kimmel Gave a Teary Farewell to David Letterman

Jimmy Kimmel, unsurprisingly, grew up a huge David Letterman fan — so much so that one of his birthday cakes was modeled after Letterman’s logo, and he got a “L8 Nite” vanity license plate in high school. On Tuesday night, Kimmel bid adieu to Letterman by remembering some of his favorite sketches and jokes. Tonight, Kimmel’s show will air a rerun on ABC — and he says not to watch it, and catch Letterman’s finale instead.
