Jayru Campbell, a Michigan State QB commit for the Class of 2015, was caught on camera body slamming a security guard at Cass Tech High School in Detroit. According to WDIV in Detroit, Campbell is in police custody. There’s no word yet on his status with either Cass Tech or Michigan State.

Campbell, who had a rough upbringing, is viewed as a major commitment for Mark Dantonio. Though a composite three-star, he had scholarship offers from Alabama, Notre Dame and Wisconsin.

He had been suspended in November for punching another player in a handshake line after a loss to Catholic Central.
