Jets assistant trainers Josh Koch and Dave Zuffelato were flying out of Newark en route to the combine in Indianapolis last week. Before their flight took off, one of their fellow passengers, an elderly woman, had a medical emergency. Along with another man onboard who was a self-identified ICU/cardiologist, the trainers performed CPR on the woman until paramedics arrived.

“We’re conditioned to help people,” Zuffelato, via NJ.com. “When the situation arose, the doctor, Josh and I did our best to help.”

Not that it is ever ideal to undergo medical distress, but that appears to have been the right aircraft for that to occur on.
