Charles Barkley to Radio Hosts Attempting to Piss Him Off: "You're Gonna Get Your Ass Whupped"

Charles Barkley is a national treasure. Okay, that may be pushing it, but he’s one of the more well-liked personalities on TNT’s Inside the NBA. Barkley has been making jokes about San Antonio for years, but this year when he claimed the city was a “gold mine for Weight Watchers” some people got pretty offended.

Recently a couple of guys from the nationally syndicated Billy Madison Show – never heard of it – caught up with Charles in his hotel and asked him a few questions. The guys were obviously there trying to get Barkley worked up and he was having none of it.

"Radio guy: Did you have like a bad taste from a big woman? Barkley: No dude, I’m just joking, I’m on TV. *** Radio guy: Ok, I’m not trying to get you in trouble. Barkley: You’re not gonna get in trouble, you’re gonna get your ass whupped if you don’t get out of my face. James get this motherf**ker off me please."

In this day when there is a mob mentality on Twitter and no one can have their own opinion unless it’s in-line with the group, Barkley does his own thing. He makes his jokes and knows that they are just that, jokes. I applaud him for doing his thing and not bowing to the opinion of the masses.
