Gabriel Agbonlahor Received a Red Card for This Challenge on Ashley Young

Gabriel Agbonlahor went in for an apparent 50-50 challenge with Ashley Young during Saturday’s Aston Villa-Manchester United match. It didn’t look like much of anything beyond a standard foul, even though Young went down after the contact in pain. Referee Lee Mason (somehow) saw otherwise and handed the Villa veteran a straight red card.

Despite going down to 10 men with 25+ minutes remaining, Villa held off United and the game finished 1-1.
