Redskins Trade Two No. 1 Picks to the Rams, Will Select Robert Griffin in the 2012 NFL Draft

In a blockbuster trade, the Redskins gave the Rams two future No. 1 draft picks and additional picks to move up to the No. 2 spot in the 2012 draft, where they will select Baylor Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin the III, according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports.
We’ve got to let this one sink in and see what else Washington gave up before fully assessing the deal. Griffin wowed everyone at the Combine with his speed, but is everyone really sold on a small-ish QB from the Big 12, where nobody plays defense?
