Michael Phelps Arrested for DUI in Maryland Again

He’s had a checkered history of drugs and alcohol. According to TMZ, Phelps was pulled over in his Range Rover for going 84 in a 45 at 1:40 am, failed a roadside sobriety test, and his blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit.
Phelps, 29, who supposedly participated in his last Olympics in 2012, has hinted he’d like to participate in the 2016 Olympics.
