5 NFL Picks Against the Spread: Anyone Have an Appetite for Big Road Underdogs?
By Jason McIntyre

Picking five NFL games against the spread each week is terribly difficult. We’re using lines from the Hilton SuperContest, and remember, 57 percent is considered good. CineSport’s Noah Coslov went 1-4 last week to fall to 16-24 on the year. Jason lucked into a 2-3 and he’s 22-18.
Sigh.
I can’t say this enough: There’s nothing as humbling in sports as a fan to try and pick five NFL games each week. As the season wears on, Vegas gets sharper, and the lines get tighter, and … well, good luck finding anything you love this week.
There are four large spreads this week, and a desperate man might just say to hell with it and take all the big dogs. But can you really stomach Jacksonville when the Bengals are 12-2 ATS at home recently? And how crazy is this – the public is all over Oakland, a 15-point dog in Seattle.
