August 2012: Solo’s autobiography “Solo: A Memoir of Hope” debuted at No. 3 on the New York Times bestseller list. The title. You see what they did there? Enjoy the AMAZING five-star reviews from AWESOME totally real Amazon reviewers. In the book, Solo accused former U.S. coach Greg Ryan of shoving her after infamously pulling her from the Brazil game in 2007. He denied the accusation.
November 2012: Solo’s relationship with former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens, noted terrible human, became public knowledge. Then Stevens was arrested on a domestic violence charge. The alleged incident resulted from a fight about whether the couple would live in Florida or Washington. The pair were happily married a day later.
September 2013: Solo was mistaken for Alex Morgan at the Alamodome. They all look alike?
June 2014: Solo was arrested on domestic violence charges for alleged attacks on two family members. She purportedly began punching her nephew after a dispute about him talking smack. The nephew, per reports, responded by pointing a BB gun at her and hitting her with a broom stick. Charges were dropped in January after family members refused to testify.
